Guyana Jaguars have announced their 13-man squad that will meet Jamaica Scorpions on Thursday, February 27 in Trelawny Jamaica. Gudakesh Motie replaced his fellow Albion club-mate Devendra Bishoo who did not earn selection while Akshya Persaud is in the squad after Shimron Hetmyer passed the fitness test and will return to West Indies T20 team.

Jaguars are having a mixed season in terms of results. They have recorded two wins and two defeats while playing to a draw in their last fixture against the Volcanoes. In terms of points, Jaguars have 60.8 while Barbados Pride is flying high with 84.2 points. Jaguars’ next opponent, Scorpions are sitting in the third position with 57.4 points. Jaguars have departed Guyana since Monday.
